Bedrooms	The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin . This gives room for up to 8 people.
Kitchen	There is room for 8 in the living/ dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle andbreville. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
Bathrooms	The upstairs bathroom has a bath with full shower enclosure, there is also a downstairs cloakroom and external shower.
Living Room	There is a large television,DVD.satellite system,surround sound and Playstation. Dinning table and chairs
Others	Patio set on balcony.

Changeover day

The villa is available from 3pm on arrival, but must be vacated by 10am on departure.

Travel

Izmir is the closest airport, but you can also use Bodrum airport.
Transfers can be arranged.

Further Details

Location
This villa is set on a quiet complex just on the outskirts of Kusadasi Centrum. The local dolmus,s stop outside about every 5 minutes and will take you to all the local places of interest for about 40p. These include Long beach, ladies beach, Bar street,local market and a choice of Three fabulous water parks. For a little extra you can also visit historical sites like Ephesus and the virgin Marys house.

Local area
There are a selection of shops, bars and restarants just outside the complex, with Yavansu Beach 400m away to either swim and sunbathe all day or just sit and relax and watch the sun go down.

Entertainment locally
For other local entertainment you have the five star hotel Onura, if you feel like a change for £2 you can use there facilities for the day, including large pool, saunas, beach and water facilities. or 500m in the other direction you have the Elevens Beach Club which for a small entrance fee you are in a small private park area on a beach with a playground for the kids, boats, fishing and other activities plus free food and drink all day.

Booking Notes

10% deposit is required when booking.
The balance is required at least 6 weeks before departure.
A £200 breakage charge is also required and will be returned 1 week after return.
