Privately owned Luxury detached Villa with communal pool situated on Turkeys wonderful turquoise coast resort of Ovacik, near the famous Olu Deniz beach. The villa benefits from stunning views of the surrounding mountains where paragliders glide down to the fabulous nearby family beach of Olu Deniz in the turquoise bay.
The villa complex is located by the nearby Artemisia Hotel and villa guests can use the many facilities at the hotel at no additional charge. The hotel has a bar and restaurant that can be used on a daily basis.

The Kitchen is fully tiled with sink and mixer tap. Light Oak units with marble worktops, fridge, microwave, Gas & electric hob/cooker, toaster and kettle. Crockery, cutlery and glassware for 6, and all necessary kitchen utensils.There is a communal laundry room on site with two washing machines.Laundry and cleaning services can be arranged on site with resident caretaker. |

The lounge and dining room is open plan with a corner fireplace (just for show)coffee table, dining table and chairs, two sofa beds, satellite television. The music system will play cds. Double sized French doors leading to terrace, with mountain and valley views. |
| Others | Communal pool, pets are not welcome, not suitable for wheelchairs, not suitable for the elderly as being situated on a hillside the surrounding terrain might be considered too steep.

| | Ovacik is a very peaceful location, but only a short distance from Hisaronu with its many bars, shops and restaurants and a 10 min dolmus ride to Olu Deniz with its stunning beach and Lagoon. Fethiye town is a 15 minute dolmus ride away, and Calis beach is also nearby putting the villa in the perfect spot for access to all nearby resorts! | |
