Nearest beach is about 10 mins walk (2 mins on dolmus). Izmir airport is 60 mins and Bodrum is 90 mins. Town centre (centrum) 25 mins walk or 5 mins on the dolmus (bus). There is a small market shop at bottom of sitesi and a large supermarket about 15 mins walk or 2 mins on dolmus (bus). |

There is public transpost (dolmus) that runs from 7am to midnight from the top and bottom of site that will take you almost anywhere within the kusadasi area. |

| | Kusadasi is situated very near to Ephesus, 2 large water parks and the national park. All within a short distance by bus. There are some wonderful white sandy beaches in and around Kusadasi, all within a short distance. | |

| | Booking must be by direct contact with owner. A 20% deposit is required when booking and full payment must be 4 weeks prior to arrival. Full payment is required if less that 4 weeks to arrival. If cancellation is within 3 months of booking full refund of deposit, within 2 months 10% of deposit, within one month lose deposit. | |
