Location.
Sea Breeze Villa is ideally placed for those who want to enjoy both the delights of Fethiye town and its local beach at Calis. A short walk along the promenade to Fethiye you will find the area alive with restaurants, bars, cafes, bazaars and shops.
Sea Breeze Villa is set well back from any major road or other developments, (unlike many of the other villas, especially those in Calis!). The surrounds are quiet and peaceful and just a few minutes walk from the villa you will find the water's edge, overlooking the beautiful Fethiye Bay.
Car hire is not required to enjoy the delights of Fethiye as everything is a short walk away!
Dolmus', the local minibus service, stop at the top of the lane by the villa - 2 minutes walkaway. Taxis can also be flagged down here and Calis beach is about ten minutes away or you can get there by the water taxi that runs between Fethiye town centre waterfront and Calis beach. A convenience store is located at the top of the lane and a large modern supermarket is fifteen minutes walk or two minutes by taxi. There are plenty of boat trips and excursions that all set off from near by, in the water or on the water...Fethiye is a great place to soak it all up!
Located only 40 minutes from Dalaman airport full transfers can be arranged on request. |

| Bedrooms |
The villa has 3 large double bedrooms sleeping six. Also two large comfortable sofa beds in the lounge can sleep extra two adults and two kids. That allows plenty of room for a family of ten. Every bedroom has air conditioning, large French doors and a small balcony. The master bedroom has a balcony seating area overlooking the garden and pool.
All rooms are fully furnished with quality furniture and in two of the bedrooms the two single beds can be made up as double beds. Full bedding is provided. |

Fethiye is full of fantastic places to eat and offers great value so eating in may often be just breakfast and cocktails! But just in case you fancy testing your culinary skills with some of the fresh local produce, the modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch branded equipment. A fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and gas hob are all set in a marble worktop and should keep even Gordon Ramsay happy. Also provided is a toaster, electric kettle, microwave, iron & ironing board |

The master bedroom has an ensuite with an over-sized shower whilst the second upstairs bathroom has a large Jacuzzi bath & shower. Downstairs there is another bathroom.
All hot water is provided from the efficient solar heating system and there is an electrical heating system as backup. |

Lounge & Dinning area.
The dining area and large lounge have views over the private pool and garden. Full height windows and patio doors give a nice bright and airy feel throughout. An outside patio area also gives a pleasant place to rest, watch over the kids in the pool and recharge - if they allow you! |
| Others | Activities.
Bring your snorkel gear - with beautiful blue waters everywhere, there is plenty of messing about in or on the water. A host of excursion companies run daily boat day trips from Fethiye waterfront out to numerous lovely bays and the famous 12 islands tour. Swim, snorkel & snooze, fish or just eat and soak up the sun. These trips average about £8 person for the whole day including lunch!
Overland trips include visits to famous historical sites like Ephesus, Pamukkale, and others. The history is fascinating and certainly 'ancient'!
An absolute must is a trip to the famous Blue Lagoon in Oludeniz. Catch a dolmus from the top of the road and the blue waters are only a scenic 45 minute ride away.
