General information

Benetti Co. Ltd. designed and constructed the Aegean Seahorse Residences on Yesilkent. The apartments are ready to move in. All the legal documents and title deeds are available to be transfered. The Title deeds are FREEHOLD too.

Yesilkent is about 5 minutes drive from the main beach areas of Altinkum and also
been chosen as recreational area by the government. The land in this area is some of
the most valuable in Didim region and the Yesilkent city-state has many older stylish
villas built on their own plots of land so the whole area has a feel of space and
tranquility. It is also close to quiet local bays with hidden ancient ruins and the new
golf course which is to be situated in this area.

Bedrooms Ground Floor Apartments and Deluxe Ground Floor Apartments

All the apartments have been constructed to a high standard which means they are easily convertible into a luxury living area for older or disabled people, giving easy access from ground level, we can change internal stairs to a ramp and convert the en-suite bathroom should you wish please ask for more details.

The apartments come with 2 bedrooms one of which is en-suite open plan kitchen/ living area and a separate bathroom, small garden to the rear and private terrace section to the front which is poolside, the apartments have already got the infrastructure in place for air conditioning units which you may like to add.

Deluxe Ground Floor Apartments have a larger living space and also have extra windows allowing optimum sun light all day long. Deluxe apartments also have extra balconies.
Kitchen First Floor Apartments and Deluxe First Floor Apartments

These apartments all have the advantage of looking down on to the pool area from the
front and come with a spacious open plan kitchen/ living area giving you enough room
for that perfect holiday home.

There is a nice sized terrace off the living area to the front, the two double bedrooms
have a small balcony and are positioned next to the bathroom which comes with a
normal Jacuzzi bath and with the plumbing in position for the washing machine in the bathroom, the apartments have got a wall safe already in stalled.

The kitchens all have natural granite work surfaces and decorative mosaic splash
backs with good quality kitchen units.

allowing optimum sun light all day long. Deluxe apartments also have extra balconies.
Bathrooms Duplex Apartments and Deluxe Duplex Apartments

The duplex has a stunning 7m vault ceiling in the living area with floor to ceiling doors and windows which are blue coated to reflect the sunlight, you get a separate kitchen which is large enough for a dining table and chairs as well.

The 3 bedrooms 2 of which are en-suite are both very large doubles, and with a separate bathroom for the 3rd bedroom and general area, there is plenty of terrace space off the living area were you could seat 6 or 8 people around a table, the kitchen also has a balcony large enough for a breakfast table and chairs. This split level duplex has open plan cherry wood stairs and custom made iron balustrades.
