| As soon as you walk through the door of the villa you are greeted with the modern appeal of it. There is a downstairs toilet located to the right as you enter. The Sitting area and Kitchen are open plan and can be reached by a seperating door. The Sitting area is light and airy and has the added benefit of satellite TV. The Kitchen area has a dining table. There is sunbeds and outside table and chairs and a BBQ for use around the pool and on the terrace. The private pool is a great feature of the villa with its good size and by it being kidney shaped, also at night it looks stunning lit up. |

Once you have climbed the stairs you will notice 3 bedrooms leading off from the landing. There is the main double room with an ensuite and a balcony with a spectacular mountain view. There is another 2 double rooms that both have balcony access and lead onto another balcony with pool views. The Villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms.

In the Kitchen itself there is an Oven and Hob, Microwave, Kettle, Dishwasher and a Fridge. There is sliding doors leading to a big terrace that runs from the front of the Villa to the back, so there is plenty of room to sit or sunbathe. |

There is a downstairs toilet, a main bedroom upstairs has ensuite (including a bath as well as a shower which is very rare)and there is the main bathroom which also has a bath.
