By region/Area
If you already have a location in mind for your holiday,
simply select your preferred region from top menu or area
from area-wide search section given right side of this page
and browse property list. This type of search is ideal for
those who have visited Turkey before.
2. Advance search
Alternatively, use our advance search feature to find your
perfect holiday home in Turkey. You can search property
by type, number of bedrooms or amenities etc. The system
will provide a list of properties that match your search
criteria.
3. Quick links
There are many type of holiday rentals available,
depending on your desire and needs. If you're not sure where
to start, we have provided some quick links on right side
of the page to help you start your search.
Once you find any property you are interested in, simply
click the property picture or details link for further information
and details about property. Here you can expect more pictures,
rates, availability, facilities and additional details. |

Each property has its own
unique reference number. While you browse through the properties
list, you will see the reference number for each listed property.
Make a note of these and you can easily re-visit the pages
by typing the refence number into the Property reference field
in the top left hand corner. |

Contact details (telephone,
fax, e-mail address, website url) for each property ad are
given on property details page. If e-mailing, please give
your name and contact details.
We reccommends that you get as much information as possible
about property, availability, rental contract, local customs
and transportations etc. if you have any special requirement,
it would be good to let them know in advance. |

Booking
a property |

Usually you will be asked
to make a deposit of 10% - 50% by check or bank transfer to
confirm the booking. The owner should then confirm the booking
and send receipt of your payment by letter or by e-mail. The
balance is usually paid about 2 months prior to arrival.
A security deposit is required, either on booking or at arrival.
This will be returned at or after your departure excluding
the cost of any breakages and metered charges for telephone,
heating, gas and electricity, if they are not included in
the rent. We recommend that you verify all the terms of the
rental contract in writing in advance. |
